Plan hospital visits on any future date. Plans are grouped by their starting week for review; visit dates are unrestricted. Representatives submit their plans; management can edit, recommend changes, or approve. Unscheduled client visits remain allowed and count toward daily coverage.

Includes a daily summary, all individual visits, and a separate worksheet for each medical representative. Each distinct hospital counts once per representative per day, even if different departments are visited. Visit photographs are embedded only in individual representative sheets; signatures remain compliance status only. Large date ranges may take longer to download.
